Not as part of the standard Expandify offering — but a pergola may be installed after handover with council approval and builder support.

Expandify homes arrive fully built and self-contained. If you wish to add a pergola or external shade structure, this must be done after installation by a licensed builder or third party.

Any external additions, including pergolas, must:

• Be structurally independent (not fixed into the Expandify home)
• Comply with local council regulations
• Be approved via CDC or DA if applicable

While Expandify does not install or approve pergolas directly, your builder may be able to assist you with this during the site works or post-handover stage.
