No — Expandify homes are not designed to support vertical expansion or second-storey additions.

All homes are engineered as single-level dwellings and rely on a lightweight modular system that is not structurally capable of supporting an upper floor. Attempting to add a second level would:

  • Void the structural warranty
  • Breach engineering and NCC compliance
  • Require a full redesign and new council approvals

If you require future vertical expansion, we recommend exploring conventional build methods. Expandify homes are optimised for fast, efficient, single-storey use only.
