Expandify homes are modular in design, and the internal wall placements are non-load-bearing. This means you can:

• Swap the bathroom with another room (e.g. laundry or bedroom)
• Relocate the bathroom along a compliant wet wall zone
• Adjust the entry point or orientation for flow and access

Important:

• Changes to bathroom location must be requested during the quoting process, prior to engineering lock-in.
• Custom layout changes are completed in Australia, after the structure is installed.
• A layout modification fee will apply, which varies depending on the scope of the change.
