• Changing door swings, room accesses, or built-in joinery locations

All requests are reviewed for:

• Structural feasibility within the fixed steel frame design

• Cost implications for factory production

If approved, Expandify will provide updated floorplans and a revised quote. Once your contract is signed, layout changes can no longer be made due to batch manufacturing constraints.
