Yes — all Expandify homes include stairs and handrails as standard, even if you choose not to include the patio deck.

Because all homes are installed on adjustable steel stumps, stairs are always required to safely access the entry point of the dwelling. These stairs:

• Are built using the same Modwood composite material as the deck
• Include metal-framed stringers and compliant handrails
• Are included for both the front and rear access points (if applicable)

Choosing to remove the deck does not remove the stairs. This ensures compliance with NCC access regulations and safe usability for all homes regardless of block conditions.
