Approved layout changes include:

• Moving internal walls (where compliant with engineering)

• Combining rooms for open-plan spaces
• Altering bathroom or laundry positions
• Widening doorways or removing non-load-bearing walls

Layout changes cannot affect the fixed roof structure, width, or transport footprint. All layout variations must be signed off by our internal builder, engineer, and certifier to ensure NCC and structural compliance.
