Standard finishes are pre-approved and designed to suit both DIY Kits and Complete Packages. These include:

• Cabinetry styles and colours
• Splashback finishes
• Flooring material
• Wall panel colour (internal)

Any upgrade request must:

• Be submitted prior to contract signing
• Be approved by both the factory and builder
• Not impact batch timelines or compliance
