Yes — Expandify’s roof structure is engineered to support solar panel loading.

  • All roofs are certified for standard solar loads
  • Roof pitch is 10 degrees by default
  • Final orientation depends on your site placement and installer recommendations
  • Solar systems cannot be installed on patio extensions (roof not load-rated)

Customers should work with their chosen solar installer to determine ideal placement. Expandify’s team can supply roof load data and drawings if required during quoting or handover.
