Tapware is a standard inclusion in all Expandify homes and comes pre-selected as part of the fixed factory fit-out. Customers do not choose the specific tapware model or brand. However, you can select your preferred tapware finish from two colour options:

• Silver (chrome)
• Matte black

This selection is made during the quoting process, prior to contract signing. The tapware itself includes all the essential fittings: basin mixer, shower mixer, kitchen mixer, laundry tap, and bath spout (if applicable).

Keep in mind that no other custom tapware options, brands, or upgrade paths are available, as all plumbing fixtures are designed to meet factory engineering and streamlined production.
