Yes — Expandify issues a fixed-price contract once your Full Site Assessment, design selections, and approvals are finalised. This contract covers all known inclusions, upgrades, site requirements, and compliance costs at the time of signing.
However, there may be cases where variations are required due to unforeseen factors that couldn’t be known during the initial assessment. These may include:
- Previously unknown underground services or easements
- Updated council conditions or approvals
- Access issues discovered on delivery or install
- Customer-requested changes after contract
In these situations, Expandify follows a formal variation process. You’ll be notified in writing, with pricing and scope adjustments clearly outlined, and no changes will be made without your approval.
