What’s included in fixed pricing:

• Base dwelling cost
• Installation (if Complete Package)
• Council approvals and certification (CDC only)
• Any optional inclusions or removals
• Site-specific engineering (H1 soil)

What’s excluded or may vary:

• Unforeseen access issues not flagged during quoting
• Additional overlays triggered later (e.g. BAL, acoustic, flood)
• Major currency or freight cost fluctuations (over 10%)

Pricing is locked after contract signing, not during the Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim). All assumptions used for quoting are based on the Site Assessment.
