Expandify offers two base models:

• Crest — 50sqm internal area
• Peak — 80sqm internal area

Each model includes:

• Fully installed steel frame and roofing structure
• Insulated rockwool roof and wall panels
• Full internal fit-out (kitchen, bathroom, laundry)
• TV unit, cabinetry, blinds, and splashbacks
• Modwood decking on front patio and stairs (1.8m depth)
• Wiring and waterproofing for internal services

Pricing depends on whether you’re purchasing:

• A DIY Kit (supply only, no installation)
• A Complete Package (includes builder installation and CDC approval)

It also varies based on your property’s access, slope, council requirements, and any additional reports needed (e.g. BAL or flood overlay).
