Expandify currently offers two fixed-size models:

• The Crest – 50sqm
• The Peak – 80sqm

These models are designed to balance efficiency, affordability, and compliance across most residential lots. Each comes with two layout variants — Version A and Version B — allowing customers to choose between alternative room positions, entry points, or kitchen-living configurations.

Customers may also make minor layout adjustments, such as converting a bedroom into a home office or adjusting the position of the laundry, provided the changes remain within engineering and certification limits. Full custom layouts are not available at this time.

Custom home sizes like 60sqm and 70sqm are not currently offered. However, Expandify expects to launch new size options from 2026, driven by ongoing R&D and demand from customers seeking mid-range dwelling solutions.
