Expandify offers standard designs in 50sqm and 80sqm formats. We do not currently offer a fixed 60sqm layout, but it may be achieved by modifying the Peak model.

Current options:

• 50sqm (Crest): DIY from $99K / Complete from $135K
• 80sqm (Peak): DIY from $149K / Complete from $185K

Custom sizing between these formats may be possible depending on layout and engineering. Your Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) and Site Assessment will confirm whether a 60sqm-style build can be supported under your council code and site constraints.

Every price is based on:

• Council and compliance requirements
• Custom inclusions and any removals
• Soil type and footing design
• Builder installation invoice (for Complete Package only)
