In Expandify's Complete Package, the licensed builder is responsible for overseeing and managing the complete on-site build and installation process. Their duties extend beyond just assembling the home — they play a critical role in ensuring full compliance, coordination, and successful project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unfolding and installing the Expandify modular home once delivered to site
• Managing licensed trades including plumbers, electricians, crane operators, and site labourers
• Completing all required utility connections: power, water, sewer/septic, stormwater, and communications
• Organising temporary fencing and safety compliance where required
• Ensuring the home complies with NCC and local council requirements during installation
• Coordinating final certifier inspections and documentation required for the Occupation Certificate
• Managing on-site quality checks and resolving unforeseen site issues

The builder works closely with Expandify’s assigned project manager to ensure the home is installed according to our engineering documents, within council compliance, and to the high standards expected across all sites.
