The $6,300 Site Assessment includes a full site-specific review and builder scope estimation. This ensures we understand all access, compliance, and build considerations before manufacturing begins.

Included in the Site Assessment:

  • Full desktop planning review (zoning, overlays, build area)
  • Site access evaluation for crane and delivery vehicle
  • Drone survey and contour mapping of the property
  • On-site or remote soil classification guidance (via photos and surveys)
  • Site-specific builder cost estimate (labour, footings, installation)
  • Preliminary 3D site layout and placement map
  • Foundation recommendations based on slope and soil type
  • Compliance checks for setbacks, floor height, site coverage

Important Notes:

  • The $6,300 fee covers both internal and external contractor works
  • Overlay reports (e.g. BAL, flood, acoustic) are not included
  • Any required overlay reports are quoted separately and managed by Expandify
  • All Site Assessment findings are used to finalise CDC documentation and builder quoting

This process ensures the project is viable and compliant before entering the manufacturing or installation phase
