• The Crest (50sqm) includes two bedrooms.
• The Peak (80sqm) includes three or four bedrooms, depending on your chosen layout.

Bedroom inclusions cover:

• Full wall system with integrated insulation
• Flooring, wall colour, and ceiling finish
• Electrical wiring, power points, and light fittings
• Internal doors and handles
• Pre-installed ceiling fans

Note: Built-in wardrobes are not included in the base price and must be added separately if desired. Bedroom furniture, beds, and other loose items are not supplied.
