Yes — footings are always included with your Expandify home. However, installation depends on the package selected:

• DIY Kit: Footings are supplied as part of the BMSA adjustable system but must be installed by your licensed installer.
• Complete Package: Footings are both supplied and installed by our assigned builder as part of your build contract.

The BMSA footing system is adjustable and suitable for H1 soil classifications. For sites with more reactive soil types (e.g. H2, M, P), custom engineering is required, which may involve additional cost.

Footing plans and requirements are detailed in the engineering documents provided during the quoting and Prelim phase.
