This configuration maximises space efficiency and is suitable for multi-bedroom families, guest accommodation, or shared housing. It features:

• Four bedrooms with internal doors
• Shared open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area
• Combined bathroom and laundry for efficient wet area design

Other 80sqm layouts include 2- and 3-bedroom versions, which may also be modified during quoting.

All 4-bedroom layouts must comply with engineering and service limitations and are only available in the Peak size. The 50sqm Crest model cannot accommodate four bedrooms due to spatial limits.
