Switch locations in Expandify homes are fixed and cannot be repositioned as part of the standard package.

Switches are installed based on a standardised plan that aligns with Australian electrical codes and ensures functional placement for all users. This allows for consistent installation across all factory-built homes and avoids the need for additional design or engineering.

However, additional switches or lighting points can be added during the quoting stage if requested. These are charged at $25 per extra switch or light point and must be approved prior to contract.

Custom placement is not available — all changes must follow Expandify’s standard engineering clearances and are subject to review by our electrical team.
