• Door and window positioning (within structural allowances)
• Accessibility features, wall colour, flooring, cabinetry, and finishes
• Add-on features like decks, awnings, and external entry points

What cannot be changed:

• Structural footprint and transportable dimensions
• Roof type and height (raked ceiling between 2.4–2.7m remains fixed)
• Frame system and wall construction
