No — Expandify homes do not offer full wraparound verandahs.

The current range includes:

• A front patio with Modwood decking (1.8m depth)
• Rear Modwood stairs (if applicable)

Wraparound verandahs, side decks, or extended decks are not offered as part of the Complete Package or DIY Kit. These additions would need to be arranged independently by the customer after installation, subject to council approval and site compliance.

All Expandify homes are factory-manufactured with fixed dimensions for consistency, compliance, and efficient batch production. The deck structures are integrated into the design and cannot be altered.
