The standard laundry package includes:

• Mixer tap
• Space for front-load washer
• Overhead cupboards (where design permits)
• Splashback
• Power points, lighting, and exhaust fan

Everything is factory-installed prior to delivery and positioned according to your selected floor plan. No upgrade is required — it forms part of the standard fit-out.

For DIY customers, the laundry is installed and ready for connection by your trades. Complete Package customers have everything fully connected and ready to use after installation.
