No — Expandify homes do not use external paint as part of their wall system.

The external walls are made from pre-finished coloured metal cladding, which is:

• Factory-applied for a smooth and consistent finish
• Powder-coated or painted at the metal supplier (not painted during installation)
• Weather-resistant and low-maintenance

This approach eliminates the need for onsite painting and reduces future maintenance costs. There is no requirement for additional paint or protective coatings after installation.
