• Bathroom: Fully enclosed shower with screen, floor-to-ceiling tiled walls, vanity with mirror, basin, mixer tap, toilet, towel rail, and exhaust fan.
• Laundry: Stainless steel laundry tub, mixer tap, cabinetry, benchtop space, and plumbing provisions for a washing machine.
• Living/Dining Area: Decorative timber-look wall finish (feature wall), built-in TV cabinet, ceiling fan, and modwood decking to the external patio.
• Fixtures & Finishes: All tapware, towel rails, mirrors, shower screen, cabinetry, flooring, and exhaust fans are standard — not upgrades.

This fit-out is consistent across DIY and Complete Package models and is designed to offer a move-in ready experience, subject to local occupancy approval.
