All Expandify homes feature a raked ceiling as standard, sloping from 2.4 metres at the lowest point to 2.7 metres at the highest point. This raked ceiling is included across all models and is designed into the structural engineering of the home.

This design provides a more spacious and airy interior feel than traditional flat ceilings often found in modular or prefab designs. The 2.4 metre minimum height complies with NCC Class 1a requirements for habitable spaces, ensuring proper clearance, insulation, and comfort.

All electrical and lighting placements are optimised to suit this raked profile, and no flat-ceiling option is offered across Expandify’s standard range.
