All Expandify homes feature a raked ceiling that ranges from 2.4 metres at the low end to 2.7 metres at the peak. This ceiling design is standard across all models and helps enhance the visual space and natural light inside the home.

Raked ceilings are engineered into the steel frame and cannot be altered. The gradient is designed to support roof loads, solar panels (if selected), and proper drainage.
