No — laundry appliances such as washing machines and dryers are not included.

The standard laundry fit-out includes:

A built-in laundry sink and cabinetry

Plumbing and drainage connections

Power points and water outlets for appliances

You are free to install your own washing machine or dryer after handover. Appliance selection should be based on standard sizing compatible with the cabinetry supplied. The laundry space is ready for immediate use but does not include any whitegoods by default.
