Yes — skirting boards and cornices are included as standard in all Expandify homes.
These are:
Pre-measured and delivered with your home
Installed during the on-site installation phase by the builder
They form part of the standard internal fit-out for both Complete Packages and DIY Kits (where installed by a licensed builder). There is no additional charge unless special styles or modifications are requested during the quoting phase.
