No — the BMSA footing system used by Expandify includes adjustable steel stumps, but the final height is set before delivery based on your site conditions and building designer's specifications.

Stump height is customised to match the required finished floor level, taking into account:

Slope of the site (up to 250mm fall per 5m)

Clearance requirements

Access height for decking and stairs

Once installed, these stumps are fixed and cannot be manually adjusted post-delivery.
