Skylights are not available from factory as part of Expandify’s standard inclusions.

However, you can install a skylight or solar tube after handover by:

Engaging a licensed builder or roofer

Ensuring penetrations are sealed to Australian waterproofing standards

Confirming any changes with your local certifier if required

Expandify’s roof structure is compatible with skylight framing, but all works must be carried out post-delivery and are not included in the 1-year fittings warranty.
