Expandify homes are standalone dwellings delivered and installed as detached structures. We do not offer attached granny flats at this time.
However, homes can be installed:
Behind or beside the main residence
Connected visually via landscaping or covered walkways
Or side-by-side with another Expandify unit for dual living, subject to council rules
Whether detached or attached, council approval is always required and the dwelling must meet all Class 1a building codes.
