Yes. Expandify homes can be designed to align with the base level of the Livable Housing Design Guidelines (LHDG) and can be upgraded to meet additional criteria on request.
Mobility and accessibility features available include:
- Accessible entry ramps compliant with AS 1428.1
- Wider internal doorways and halls (where layout permits)
- Custom bathrooms with hobless showers, grab rail installation, and suitable circulation space
These modifications:
- Are available in both the DIY Kit and Complete Package
- Can be included in CDC or DA submissions
- Must be requested during quoting as a customisation option
