Yes — you can add a dishwasher or dryer after installation.

While these appliances are not included in the standard package, all homes are built with standard-sized cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins that allow you to:

Install a dishwasher in the kitchen (60cm space available)

Add a washer or dryer in the laundry

Your builder can help complete the connections during install, or you may arrange for an electrician or plumber to add them post-handover.

Note: Appliances must be surface-mounted — underfloor or cavity modifications are not permitted due to the panel structure.
