Yes — additional stairs or landings can be added beyond the standard inclusions, but they must be quoted and approved during the Site Assessment and quoting stage.

Each Expandify home includes:

A standard stair access with handrails

Modwood composite treads (same material as the patio deck)

If your site has unique level requirements or access points (e.g., side entry, sloped block), you can request up to three additional stair or landing sections. These will be priced based on site conditions, access, and engineering requirements.

DIY customers may install additional stairs post-delivery with a licensed installer, following Expandify’s engineering specs.
