No — Expandify’s patio deck is a fixed 1.8m Modwood system and cannot be changed during quoting or production.

This fixed-width is part of the home’s folding design and comes pre-engineered for fast onsite installation. We do not offer:

Full-wrap decks

Decks wider than 1.8m

Alternate materials during factory production

If you wish to extend or build around the deck, this must be done post-handover by your local builder and comply with your council setbacks and access requirements.
