You can nominate the direction you'd like the front entry or patio to face, subject to:

Council setbacks and boundary requirements

Access constraints (e.g. crane positioning)

Final positioning is reviewed during your Prelim and confirmed before contract signing. In some cases, orientation may affect the energy assessment or require layout mirroring.
