No — all Expandify homes are manufactured with a fixed ceiling height range as part of the prefabricated building system.

Each model includes a raked ceiling from 2.4m to 2.7m high as standard. This height range is structurally integrated into the wall and roof panel design and cannot be increased. It provides ample volume for residential living, exceeds minimum NCC requirements, and is one of Expandify’s signature design features.

While other elements can be customised within the internal layout, structural dimensions such as ceiling height remain fixed due to our batching, engineering, and certification process.
