Yes — Expandify homes are fully compatible with properties that use an existing or new septic tank system.

If your property already has a septic system in place, your assigned builder (for Complete Packages) or licensed plumber (for DIY Kits) can connect your Expandify home to it during installation. However, the suitability of the system must be confirmed first. This is reviewed during the Site Assessment process.

If no septic system currently exists on your property, a new one will need to be designed and installed in accordance with your local council’s wastewater regulations. This involves a wastewater management assessment, which is quoted separately and is not included in Expandify’s $5,000 Site Assessment fee.
