Expandify DIY Kits are only available to licensed installers or registered owner-builders. While the name suggests a self-installation model, all DIY Kits must be assembled and installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the supplied engineering documentation.

This ensures:

• Compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC)
• Council approval eligibility
• Structural and safety standards are met
• Validity of the warranty and future resale value

If you're a registered owner-builder or have engaged a licensed builder, you can proceed with the DIY Kit installation. Customers without appropriate qualifications cannot legally install the structure themselves.

• Step-by-step guidance via email or portal
• Ongoing support from our Australian-based team throughout your project timeline

Please note: DIY Kits do not include labour or coordination from Expandify. You are responsible for managing the full on-site process.
