No — Expandify homes are not compatible with underfloor heating systems.

Our homes use an elevated subfloor system with integrated underfloor insulation and steel-framed adjustable footings. This system does not support traditional or electric underfloor heating technologies.

If heating is required, surface-mounted reverse-cycle air conditioning or wall heaters are the recommended option. These provide efficient heating with minimal alteration to the home’s structure or certification.
