Yes — once your Expandify home is fully installed and certified as complete by a licensed certifier, it’s ready for occupancy.

Before moving in:

• All utilities (water, power, sewer) must be connected and operational
• The final inspection must be complete, and the Occupancy Certificate issued
• Any landscaping or access requirements (e.g. ramps, paths) must comply with local council rules

For DIY customers:

• It is your responsibility to arrange all final inspections and lodge the occupancy certificate with your council or private certifier
• Expandify supplies all documentation required for your certifier to complete the approval

No move-in should occur until the legal occupancy sign-off is complete.
