Expandify homes use factory-coated metal cladding that comes pre-finished in off-white, cream, or white options. These finishes are durable and designed to last without painting.

If you choose to repaint:

Use paints approved for metal surfaces

Wait until the building is fully installed

Note that custom exterior colours may impact energy ratings and should be reviewed during quoting if requested prior to delivery

Painting is not included in your package but is entirely possible post-installation.
