Yes — the 1.8m Modwood patio and stair modules are included in all standard Expandify models, but can be removed during the quoting process to reduce the overall cost.
Common modifications include:
Removing the front stairs if installing your own access ramp
Removing the deck entirely for use on a concrete pad or other custom platform (not recommended — discuss with your project consultant)
If you choose to remove these items, the value is deducted from your total quote. These changes must be finalised before production, as the home is manufactured to match the installation layout.
Note: Some form of access (steps or ramp) is still required to meet code compliance for entry points.
