No — the patio is fixed at 1.8 metres depth and cannot be extended through Expandify.

The included patio uses modwood decking and powder-coated framing, matched to the home’s structure. Custom lengths, wraparound decks, or extended patios are not offered during manufacture.

If you require a larger outdoor area, your builder can construct a separate deck post-handover, subject to council approval.
