Yes — Expandify completes a zoning check as part of the Preliminary Council Assessment (Prelim).

This includes:

Confirming your block’s residential zoning

Identifying what types of dwellings can be built

Flagging whether the site may be suitable for CDC or DA

We do not provide a standalone zoning report by default, but we can coordinate one through a certified town planner if needed. This is a third-party service, quoted separately to the Prelim or Site Assessment.
