No — hardwood flooring is not offered by Expandify and cannot be integrated during manufacturing.

All homes come standard with high-quality vinyl plank flooring throughout living, kitchen, and bedroom spaces. This is selected for its durability, water resistance, and low maintenance.

If you wish to install hardwood or alternative flooring, it must be completed after handover by a local licensed contractor. This is a post-installation modification and would not be covered by Expandify’s 1-year fittings warranty.

Any flooring changes must be made carefully to avoid damaging or lifting the wall panels, which are integrated with the vinyl flooring.
