Expandify homes are supplied with Modwood decking as standard on all patios and stairs. This low-maintenance, weather-resistant material is fixed at the factory level and is not interchangeable during the quoting or manufacturing phase.

If you prefer recycled timber or another material, you are welcome to remove the included Modwood and arrange for alternate decking to be installed post-handover by your own contractor. This is a popular option for customers who want a specific visual aesthetic, though all alternate materials must still comply with local codes.
