Each home model (Crest and Peak) includes multiple floor plan options, tailored to different family sizes and site needs. These are pre-approved configurations developed for ease of certification and fast quoting.

Floor plans also indicate which layouts suit CDC compliance vs which may require DA due to site constraints.
