This is treated as a change of internal layout only and is managed during the quoting phase. Some common examples include:
Removing one or more bedrooms for an open-plan workspace
Replacing a bedroom with a small office, salon, or consultation room
Removing the kitchen or bathroom to suit a business-specific layout
Customising the layout for Airbnb or short-stay compliance
All homes must still meet council classification as a Class 1a dwelling unless otherwise approved. If you're planning to operate a business from the premises, always confirm with your council that the intended land use is permitted under local zoning.
